Job Posting: Farm Equipment & Heavy Machinery Mechanic (Part-Time / Full-Time Potential)

Are you skilled at keeping big machines running strong? We’re looking for a reliable, experienced mechanic to service and repair farm equipment and heavy machinery on our working cattle and hay ranch. This is a part-time role with flexible hours — and the opportunity to become full-time for the right person who’s dependable and takes pride in their work.
What You’ll Do:Diagnose and repair tractors, balers, cutters, loaders, skid steers, and other farm and heavy equipment
Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacement, hydraulic checks, tire repair, etc.
Weld and fabricate as needed for machinery and ranch repairs
Keep maintenance records and identify parts/supply needs
Help keep our operation running safely, smoothly, and on schedule
Prior experience with farm machinery, diesel engines, and hydraulics
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in the field
Own tools preferred (shop available)
Welding, fabrication, and electrical skills a strong plus
CDL not required, but helpful
Must be dependable, honest, and safety-minded
