Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Allen, TX (onsite Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

• Support day-to-day operations and provide customer support.

• Install, configure, support, and maintain hardware and operating system solutions.

• Define and implement core system hardware and operating system solutions.

• Communicate changes to client environment, policy, and project testing to the IT Team.

• Monitor the environment for potential system issues and resolve them appropriately.

What's Needed?

• Experience in system installation and configuration.

• Familiarity with Windows PC OS and software management.

• Strong understanding of IT security policies and procedures.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
