The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Lead Field Services Engineer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides analysis, design, development, and integration of hardware, software, human-machine interfaces, and all system level requirements and functional objectives to provide an integrated EIT solution while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety, and cost.

  • Designs and develops comprehensive system test requirements, strategies, plans, and the associated test systems and tools necessary for validation and verification.

  • Delivers technical and management assistance on critical project tasks and strategic assignments.

  • Supports the planning and execution activities for each migration, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

  • Senior Field Services Engineer responsible for coordination and oversight.

  • As a Deskside Support Engineer, responsible for executing complex system administration duties, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user support for enterprise IT systems

  • Collaborated with users during migrations to analyze and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption and effective problem mitigation.

  • Development and execution of maintenance and sustainment strategies to ensure long-term system readiness.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret clearance

  • 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).

  • DoD 8140 compliance; Security + certification at a minimum.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$73,800-$155,100
