We have a Finance Internship opportunity with our Finance team in the Waukee, IA office. This opportunity will start in the summer for our Summer Internship Program and ideally translate into continuing work during the school year. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while getting exposure to learning and developing your skills.

You will:

• Gain exposure to the finance team including financial reporting, insurance and vendor payables, treasury, and accounts receivable.
• Responsibilities include:
  
  • Assist the accounts receivable team with recording payments received to client accounts and validating work completed.
  • Prepare reconciliations. Assist various finance teams with reconciliations of information to the general ledger.
  • Analyze financial data. Assist with the transition of client accounts, requests for historical data, and other ad hoc requests
  • Assist in documentation of internal controls and processes surrounding various transaction cycles

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another related field.
• Prior work experience is a plus.
• Available to work at least 10-15 hours per week during the school year and up to 38.75 hours per week during the summer.
