As a material handler, you'll be assisting distribution center team members by loading, unloading, and moving materials that will ultimately end up in our customers' hands. Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility. Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. Unload and load LTL trucks for mailings and direct marketing. Wrap and weigh each outgoing pallet for mailings and direct marketing orders. Assist in staging of products for upcoming mailings. Put away all LTL carrier received inventories and shipping boxes. Retrieve donation goods from racking as needed and replace unneeded goods. Compile damaged embroidery goods and put them away where they belong. Restock of any blank inventoried products. Pick up and consolidate empty wood pallets. Assist in the unloading of import containers. Assist in sorting, labeling, and assigning locations of all import goods (fleece, bags, and polo shirts). Assemble and adjust pallet and pick shelve racking. Assist in cycle counts. Assist in keeping all stock locations current and accurate. Assist in pulling of customer's orders held in inventory. Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
