As a Loss Prevention Officer , you will ensure the safety and security of the hotel property, guests, and associates. Your duties include conducting regular patrols, identifying safety hazards, using surveillance technology, and maintaining a visible security presence. You will collaborate with local emergency services, operate an incident reporting system, and engage with guests to foster a safe environment. Additionally, you'll manage access control and develop response protocols for security situations. Your role is vital in creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance & Security: Use advanced security cameras and technology to monitor the property, detect threats, and prevent security breaches.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Collaboration with Emergency Services: Establish communication with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance emergency response capabilities.
• Incident Reporting: Operate a digital incident reporting system to document and resolve safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious activities.
• Visible Security Presence: Maintain a visible presence across the property, providing proactive assistance and fostering a sense of safety among guests and associates.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner while maintaining vigilant security measures.
• Access Control: Utilize access control systems to safeguard restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Incident Response Protocols: Develop and communicate response protocols to empower security staff to handle critical situations swiftly and effectively.
