We're a stealth tech startup within the sports betting space dedicated to discovering and capitalizing upon advantages in sportsbooks.

We're looking for a Gaming Operations Specialist to join our growing startup.

The skillset we're looking for overlaps with high-level strategy gaming and various video games. If you've got experience performing at a high level in video games, whether it's doing large builds in Minecraft or reaching Masters in StarCraft 2, we want to hear about it. Video game experience is a bonus but not necessary.

About you:

• Based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or willing to relocate
• Tech savvy -- significant / high level video gaming experience is a bonus
• Reliable, accountable -- you take pride in delivering results and meeting expectations
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Process-driven, methodical
• Comfortable with basic math and accounting
• Good communication -- ability to communicate promptly and effectively about account issues
• Honest, integrity, clean background check
• No previous relevant experience necessary

This role is:

• Hybrid remote -- requires frequent local travel within New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
• Flexible hours
• Competitive pay, salaried or hourly

About the role:

• Responsible for setting up and managing accounts across various platforms.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Documenting the execution of SOPs.
• Conduct research into emerging strategies and potential opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Create and follow structured processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving processes and strategies.

We're based around New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
