Position Overview: As a Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for installing and/or repairing rain gutter systems on residential properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install gutters, downspouts, and related components (aluminum).
• Customize corners.
• Ensure proper water drainage by calculating pitch and alignment of gutter systems.
• Safely operate hand and power tools required for installation.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair gutter systems as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during and after projects.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Operate gutter machine.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in gutter installation or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and use ladders.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements and accurately cut materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Must be able to carry 40ft ladder.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
