Employment Eligibility:

• GOOD DRIVING RECORD (21 years of age or older)
• MUST BE ABLE TO MEASURE AND CUT MATERIALS TO FIT SPECIFICATIONS
• PERFORM HEAVY LIFTING AND MANUAL LABOR AS REQUIRED
• REMOVE AND INSTALL GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS
• REMOVE AND INSTALL SIDING, SOFFIT, AND FACIA, AND WRAP WINDOWS AND DOORS
• ENSURE QUALITY AND SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary role will be functioning as an exterior expert performing repairs, installations, and improvement services to homes in the surrounding areas. The role includes the following:

• Interact with the client.
• Problem-solve.
• Report to schedule appointments on time and track work progress using company software.
• Ensure quality and successful customer experience.

DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Follow the provided diagram and material list
• Installation orders must be followed as they have been documented
• Gutter repair.
• Leak investigation and repair.
• Record each and every run of gutter/downspout in electronic form
• Take pre and post-pictures of work and upload them into JobNimbus
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years' experience in Gutter Installation (Required)
• Strong technical understanding of roofing construction.
• Attention to detail; organizational skills; and time management skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must work well both independently and as a team.
• Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals.
• Willingness to learn additional skills required.
• Must have a VALID Driver's License.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Employees in this role must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Ability to drive to and from several locations during the day.
• This person must be able to carry and climb ladders and have the ability to lift up to 50-pound
