Job Description
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working on Paccar, Volvo, or Cummins engines and is confident performing both in-shop and mobile repairs. This role involves servicing, diagnostics, tire changes, and providing mobile roadside assistance when needed.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks (Paccar, Volvo, and Cummins engines).
Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, filters, brakes, suspension, and cooling systems.
Handle tire replacements and balancing .
Respond to mobile road service calls and complete on-site repairs.
Inspect and test vehicles for safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate service records and report findings to management.
Ensure all work meets DOT and company safety standards .
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of diesel mechanic experience .
Strong knowledge of Paccar, Volvo, or Cummins engine systems .
Ability to perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must provide own tools (company provides major equipment).
Ability to work independently and manage mobile service tasks.
