We're Hiring: Special Education Paraprofessionals - Fall River Area

Position Details
Location: Fall River, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, or 7:20AM-2:30PM (based on school)
Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year
Pay: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
Support students in 1:1 and small group settings
Implement behavior support plans using ABA principles
Assist with academic activities and classroom routines
Collect and record behavioral and academic data
Work with students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges
Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistent strategies
What We're Looking For
1+ year of ABA or Special Education experience
Knowledge of ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting, shaping)
Experience with data collection and behavior management
Ability to follow behavior plans accurately
Patience, flexibility, and a calm approach
Willingness to assist other students/classrooms as needed
NEED to be a TEAM PLAYER
Open Paraprofessional Roles in Fall RiverHigh School - Autism & Special Education Focus
Support students with autism and other special needs:
Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with IEPs
Promote inclusive practices and classroom engagement
Address academic and behavioral

Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must be at least 18 years of age
