Home health Aide, 601 Riverside Dr

United Health Services is seeking a Home health Aide to join our department at 601 Riverside Dr in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Salary Range:

$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Provides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of a a Registered Nurse. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to their assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred:

• Experience as a certified Home Health Aide desirable.

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Completion of NYSDHD approved training program for certified Home Health Aide.
