Job Details

LPN - HOME HEALTH

Full-Time, 40 hours/week, flexible schedule/work-life balance

*Minimum 1+ years of LPN experience preferred
*Previous Home Health experience preferred
*Current Colorado LPN license (Compact license accepted)
*Must be available to travel within Jefferson County (Lakewood)
