Qualifications: - Master's degree in divinity (MDiv) or equivalent theological degree (required)
- Experience working with death, dying individuals, and their families
- Comfort in interfaith settings and ability to accept diverse beliefs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospice philosophy and experience preferred (preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
Responsibilities: - Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families
- Collaborate with community clergy and spiritual counselors
- Maintain accurate spiritual care service records
- Attend team meetings and offer spiritual care expertise
- Recruit and supervise spiritual care volunteers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
