Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business travel revenue and achieve Hotel Business Travel sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the hotel and promote business travel sales
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, hospitality, or related field or commensurate experience
  • 3+ years experience in sales, business travel sales, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
