Job Details
Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships to maximize revenue from assigned territories and market segments
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
Stay up-to-date with hospitality market trends
Manage relationships and partnerships within assigned territory accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales efforts
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that the hotel is meeting the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and build relationships with potential clients
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality or a related field or commensurate experience
3+ years experience in hotel sales
