We are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources department in a fast-paced hospital setting in the Bronx. Key Responsibilities:

• Process new hire paperwork and ensure all HR documents are completed accurately and on time
• Verify that all licensure and certifications meet hospital and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR staff and hospital employees
• Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related matters
• Collaborate with other departments to support HR functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal and auditory communication skills to interact effectively with employees and new hires
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Word and other office software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to keep up in a dynamic healthcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED required (Some college coursework preferred)
