ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manages the full recruiting lifecycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates to find, hire, and retain quality talent.
GENERAL DUTIES:
OTHER DUTIES: Provide additional HR support as needed to include assisting new hire orientation, clerical duties, audits, and back up various roles in the department (labor, training, generalists, ext). Additional duties may be assigned to support contract/mission support requirements in job-related areas. This role may require overtime and travel. Must be able to work in a group/team environment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of recruiting experience; or an Associate's degree or two-year certificate from college or technical school and three years related experience; or a combination of specialized training and two years of experience on the E-OMS contract. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, database management is required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) desired. Experience with Deltek Talent Management or related platform preferred. Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a National Agency Check with Investigation (NACI). Supports RT&T and InDyne operational objectives. Observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Duties are normally performed in an office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will be subject to substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and requires very little lifting or moving of heavy objects or materials. May require sitting or standing for long periods of time.
