Position Title: HVAC Project Sales Rep

Wage: $70,000 - $90,000/year + $700/Month Car Allowance, Uncapped Commissions

HVAC Project Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Plan and effectively schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure productivity
- Effectively conduct sales presentations to influence customers to buy and can identify opportunities within existing customer bases
- Consistently generate sales revenue through a proven track record
- Understand prospect’s organization and decision-making process and can commit the prospect to a decision-making timetable
- Answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner
- Identify customer needs and can effectively address customer concerns
- Present effective product demonstration
- Handle objections effectively
- Work closely with the Operations Department and can communicate what the customer needs to both the customer and Operations
- Use vertical market strategies and understand market forces to find opportunities within existing customer base
- Use the value proposition statement to gain customer interest
- Interpret job conditions and can determine and recommend maintenance requirements
- Coordinate project work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representatives

Requirements for HVAC Project Sales Rep:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of Sales experience
- 5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Valid driver’s license
