SAP GRC ANALYST

Location: White Plains, NY Work Setup: Hybrid Company Overview Our client is seeking an experienced SAP GRC ANALYST to support our enterprise application environment and ensure compliance across our SAP systems through effective governance, risk, and control management. SAP GRC ANALYST Responsibilities Configure and maintain SAP GRC tools including Access Control, Risk Management, Process Control and IAG in our diverse SAP Enterprise Application environment Provision and manage user accounts and access to SAP systems according to established policies Design, configure, and maintain roles, authorizations, and user access within S/4HANA, ensuring appropriate access levels Generate reports and conduct audits to monitor SAP security & ITGC controls and ensure compliance, including SOD management and configuration Investigate and resolve GRC-related issues, providing timely support to users and other IT teams Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, and role designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and auditors to align security requirements with best practices Participate in SAP GRC projects, enhancements and support across various ERP application environments Install upgrades and patches and analyze, design, code, and implement changes to enhance functionality SAP GRC ANALYST Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field 7-10 years of hands-on industry experience in SAP GRC AC and PC implementation and administration Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA system landscapes, including Fiori authorizations in cloud-based environment (SAP RISE) Proficiency in SAP ERP (S/4 HANA is a plus), Workday, Active Directory group management, and GRC AC 10.1 and above Experience with Microsoft Azure and Success Factors Functional knowledge of SAP security in areas such as Finance, MM, ISU billing, etc. Strong background in SAP audit & compliance processes Excellent ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex security and compliance issues Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams Project Overview As an SAP GRC ANALYST you will be responsible for supporting SAP GRC Access and Process Control and S/4 Hana security management.
