Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Independent Sales Representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, surgery centers, and other key buyers. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, surgery centers, and other pharmaceutical buyers.
  • Promote and sell OurPharma's 503B compounded sterile products, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and customer requirements.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate products to key stakeholders, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity as needed.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to the leadership team.
  • Stay informed about 503B industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (required), specifically within a 503B outsourcing facility (preferred).
  • Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems (preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
