What You’ll Do Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripherals Manage macOS workstations including provisioning, patching, and imaging Configure and manage network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless APs) Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, devices, access control) Maintain and optimize our endpoint management system, ensuring devices are compliant, secure, and operational Provide responsive technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving issues for in-office and remote employees Troubleshoot IT-related topics and research to find the best solutions Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses Document IT procedures, solutions, configurations, and changes Order equipment, maintain vendor relationships, and manage inventory Collaborate with business units on projects Communicate effectively across the company Analyze and improve existing processes, and implement new business processes What You'll Bring Excellent communication skills Strong teamwork and flexibility Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices Experience managing G-Suite and SaaS applications like Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Slack Knowledge of networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless, VPNs, LAN/WAN) Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and perform related tasks Prior IT/helpdesk/customer service experience, especially in startups Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, PXE) Experience managing physical IT infrastructure Ability to solve immediate problems and design systemic solutions Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Customer Service and Information Technology Industries IT Services, IT Consulting, Biotechnology Research Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Genesis Therapeutics by 2x.
