We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth for our medium voltage electrical products while providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Support:** Provide inside sales support to the external sales team by responding to customer inquiries, generating quotes, and following up on leads.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of our medium voltage product line and assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their applications.
- **Order Processing:** Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts in our CRM system.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or technical sales within the electrical industry, specifically in medium voltage products preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical concepts, products, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
