Job Title: Inside Sales Recruiter ($15 Hourly + Commission based)
Location: Montgomery, AL
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day
Pay Range: $15 per hour + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Recruiter to join our team. This position combines recruiting and sales skills, focusing on identifying top talent while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is driven by results.

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, matching them with client job orders, and supporting business development efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, networking, and referrals
• Match candidates with open client positions and prepare them for interviews
• Assist in client account management by providing excellent customer service
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding of new hires
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote staffing services
• Track activity and results in applicant tracking and CRM systems
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting/sales goals

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization with the ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with both candidates and clients
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing/recruitment agency or similar environment
• Knowledge of local job market trends and industries
• Bilingual skills a plus
