As an Insulation Supervisor, you will lead insulation operations at construction job sites, working under general supervision and adhering to established processes. Join our team and make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to effectively apply insulation in practical applications.
• Implement and adhere to unit insulation maintenance practices.
• Operate in a manufacturing environment, which includes climbing stairs and catwalks as well as working in extreme heat or cold conditions.
• Be prepared for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as project needs arise.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
• Interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of journeymen and helpers.
• Manage and submit time entry sheets accurately.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• NCCER Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Insulation Journeyman.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with management and team members.
• Solid understanding of industrial insulation issues.
• A collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time to job sites across the country.
