  • $80,000 to $100,000 in first-year earnings

  • Learn and master American Familys products and systems
  • Make outbound prospecting calls and handle inbound quote inquiries
  • Quote policies accurately and confidently
  • Ask for the sale with professionalism and persistence
  • Request referrals with sincerity and gratitude
Requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance or sales
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confidence in presenting insurance solutions to meet client needs
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Open to full-time or part-time; in-office preferred, remote considered for exceptional candidates
