We’re offering an exciting Summer Internship based in NYC for students who want real exposure to private markets, deal flow, capital raising, and business development. This is not your average internship — it’s a chance to build serious experience, a valuable network, and long-term upside.

What You’ll Do:

As a DFX intern, you’ll work directly with our leadership team across a range of high-impact projects, including:

• Supporting capital raise efforts by identifying and onboarding investors and lenders to the platform
• Attending and helping coordinate NYC-based networking events, demos, and partner activations
• Assisting with outreach campaigns to investment firms, founders, and community groups
• Contributing to deal pipeline organization, investor matching, and communications
• Researching private market trends and providing insights to inform platform strategy

You’ll get hands-on experience in the core mechanics of the private capital world — all while working within a high-growth tech environment.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Based in or near NYC for in-person events and meetups
• Interested in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Energetic, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of meaningful work
• Comfortable interacting with entrepreneurs, investors, and business professionals
• Organized and proactive — you know how to follow through and communicate clearly
• Excited by startups, fintech, and making real contributions to a growing company

Compensation & Opportunity:

• Paid internship with hourly compensation
• Uncapped commission structure tied to successful investor and deal activity
• Residual commissions continue after the internship ends based on production
