Client Results Team: Investment Operations Analyst

What You Will Do
• Analyze and reconcile investment accounts across U.S. and international markets for equities and fixed income securities.
• Use industry-leading tools and systems to apply and enhance investment accounting principles.
• Assist with maintaining security master data, pricing updates, and corporate actions (e.g., M&A activity, dividends, stock splits, bond interest payments).
• Monitor daily operations, support trade settlement activity, and investigate breaks or exceptions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and help design solutions using scripts, queries, and data tools.
• Work with operational data to improve workflows and support the integration of technology into day-to-day processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (trading, accounting, compliance) and external partners (custodians, brokers).

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field).
• Strong interest in data analysis, process automation, and using technology to streamline operations.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Excel VBA, SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for financial markets and investment operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute, learn, and improve systems.
