Position: Irrigation Production Manager

Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Dallas , TX market to recruit and hire an Irrigation Production Manager to join their landscape maintenance team.

This position's primary function is ensuring efficient irrigation crew production, work quality, and team member safety.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage major repairs, drip conversions, controller conversions, and drainage
• Run irrigation work for the larger enhancement projects
• Hire, train, and develop Irrigation crews to work efficiently and safely.
• Provide the most recent plans and documents to field staff at the beginning of the day and provide instruction to ensure the crew is prepared to complete the job
• Fill out and complete paperwork correctly for billing – monitor job costs and strict adherence to established schedules and budgets.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment and contribute to its upkeep, maintenance, and storage.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years prior work experience in commercial landscaping as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Time management skills
• Strong customer experience and relationship development skills.
• Understanding of all associated machinery and trucks involved in landscape maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.

Compensation and benefits include:

• Ranges $70k - $80k+ a year
