Job Description

A health services organization in Tennessee is looking to add a new IT Project Manager to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with project teams to ensure timely updates on project status, financials, and performance metrics (KPIs, budget amendments)
Introduce and maintain processes and IT tools that give project teams full visibility into progress and performance
Analyze data to inform portfolio-wide project management and facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications
Ensure seamless interaction and process integration between PMO and other departments such as Finance and Communications
Assist in drafting the business plan, annual report, and other key documentation
Take responsibility for leading at least one key departmental initiative or goal

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing Software Implementation, Healthcare, and Vendor-based projects
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and demoing stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proven ability to follow minimal instructions and work independently
Proven priority-setting skills

Desired Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP), and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification
Business Analyst background
Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform
