Schedules (4-hour shift) 3 days (Night Shift)
Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday,  Shift Time: 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position: Part-time Floor Technician
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of floors across various commercial and industrial locations. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine floor care tasks , including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Scrub and polish floors using proper equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Deep clean carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Inspect floors for wear, damage, or safety hazards and report issues as soon as possible .
• Restock and replenish cleaning supplies at client sites.
• Maintain all floor care equipment in clean and working order.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform janitorial duties when needed in addition to regular floor care responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment (e.g., buffers, scrubbers)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
• Ability to reach, crouch, bend, walk, lift, and push throughout the shift
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
