Overview:

Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst/Tester to support software development for complex medical devices. This hands-on role involves software testing, defect management, and regulatory compliance within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system, integration, and stability testing.
• Conduct smoke testing for new software/firmware builds.
• Support scrum teams with user story and requirement testing.
• Execute unit tests, document results, and verify defect resolutions.
• Troubleshoot software issues and manage defects across tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or related field + 2-5 years of software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with software development testing and defect tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• Preferred: Experience in medical device testing within a regulated industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to write/edit technical documents (e.g., defect reports).
• Familiarity with engineering principles, lab safety, and regulatory compliance.
