About the role We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in analyzing data sets to provide actionable insights that support our media buying strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support the team in conducting exploratory data analysis to enhance decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights that drive business objectives.
• Help maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
• Participate in the development and optimization of data collection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
