Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior DevOps engineer to join a company's team. This candidate typically handles troubleshooting scheduled process issues, documenting incidents and solutions, collaborating with senior engineers, and contributing to knowledge-based articles. They also help maintain system performance and ensure timely resolution of support tickets. The pay rate for the role is between $ 25 and $28 an hour, depending on the candidate's years of experience. Day to Day-

  • Work on net new tickets
  • Work on solving Bugs
  • Create proper documentation for each ticket or bug
  • Work with leadership and other employees to resolve issues
