Legal Administrative Assistant
Must be FL Notary
Temporary for 3 - 4 weeks
Prestigious National Law Firm
West Palm Beach Office
Prestigious National Law firm is in need of a Legal Administrative Assistant to join them in a temporary capacity for several weeks, possibly longer.
They require someone who is an active Florida Notary Public
The ideal canddiate has:
- ..previous law firm experience is a plus
- ..the ability to handle calandering and scheduling
- ..excellent computer and organizational skills
- ..solid attention to detail
- ..good administrative skills such as typing, handling phone calls, making appointments, and notarizing documents as needed...providing general admin support to the team.
Again, must be an active Florida Notary Public.
The position is located in West Palm Beach and parking is provided.
This is a temporary position and starts right away, as soon as possible. Probably around four weeks, possibly longer.
