Overview:

BroadPath is hiring  Licensed Health Insurance Agents to work from home! In this fully remote position, our   Licensed Health Insurance Agents  will provide inbound telesales support for the 2024 Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP), as well as IU65 & Marketplace sales for Open Enrollment Period (OEP). Agents will also initiate outbound calls, reach out to prospective or current members to address their inquiries and review various products and services.

• Using active listening, you will be an expert in interpreting the needs of current and prospective members, answering questions about the products, and matching each potential to their ideal plan
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with members and prospects, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
• Partnership with Fortune 10 and leading Health Plans nationwide –  come work with the best, while working from the comfort of your own home office!

• Starting at $20 per hour, with potential to earn more
• Training Completion Bonus: Paid out to those with 95% or higher attendance upon completion of training 
• End of Season Bonus: Paid out end of season for agents that met the following metrics: Conversion rate based on client goal, Quality, Attendance (90% or higher), and Productivity

Qualifications:

As our ideal candidate, you are organized, driven to tackle the challenge of building and maintaining trusting relationships.

• Active resident health insurance license, and willingness to acquire additional nonresident licenses in Wisconsin
• One season of previous Medicare enrollment experience (AEP)
• One season of IU65 + Marketplace (ACA) sales for Open Enrollment Period (OEP)
• AHIP + FFM certifications required (BroadPath will provide access and fee coverage for 2024 renewal)
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Authorization to work in the United States

 

What you will provide:

 

• Your own 19" monitor (or larger) with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard
• Reliable hardwired internet with at least 25mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds
• Please note that all Internet Speed Tests are monitored and will be verified. They must be taken on a laptop or desktop computer and plugged directly into your router
