Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their health insurance needs and preferences.
Product Guidance: Provide detailed information about insurance products and recommend the best solutions.
Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to customize insurance plans that suit their individual needs.
Opportunity Identification: Spot and promote additional products or services to meet clients' evolving needs.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure their satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Compliance: Follow communication protocols, guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain quality and integrity.
Required Skills
Sales & Customer Service: Strong skills in sales and customer service with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Background in inbound call centers, sales, or customer service is essential.
Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certification: Completion of a free 4-hour Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Certification before starting training.
Certifications & Experience
License: Active Arkansas Health/Life Insurance license is required.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience selling Healthcare marketplace plans is a plus.
Additional Licenses: Willingness to obtain Non-Resident State licenses (AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA) with expenses covered by the employer.
Other Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
Requires visual focus and concentration on the computer screen throughout the shift.
Technology Requirements
Internet Speed: Minimum of 6 Mbps.
Headset: Headset with a built-in microphone.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 20.00 Per Hour
