We're seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.
In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in guiding individuals towards the health insurance solutions they need. You'll engage with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide clear information about available plans.
Here's what you'll do:
Build positive relationships with clients by actively listening to understand their health insurance goals and concerns.
Become a trusted advisor by offering in-depth product knowledge and recommending the most suitable insurance solutions.
Work collaboratively with clients to customize plans that meet their individual needs and budget.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring successful outcomes.
Contribute to the team's success by identifying new sales opportunities and promoting additional services when appropriate.
Meet all regulatory requirements and adhere to communication protocols for ethical and compliant interactions.
To be successful, you'll possess the following:
Proven track record of success in sales or customer service, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - to effectively explain complex insurance products to clients.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently with strong time management skills, while remaining a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Active Arkansas Health/Life insurance license is mandatory.
Experience selling Healthcare Marketplace plans is a plus.
Willingness to obtain Non-Resident State licenses (expenses covered by employer) is a strong advantage.

$20 per hour base salary + commission (OTE $75,000+)
