Location: Falls Church, Virginia

Employment Type: Full-time 

Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 a year plus benefits 

 Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Virginia
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms (if applicable)
