A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to work in Albany, NY.
\n Position Overview:
A well-established, mid-sized skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Albany, NY region is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee all clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality resident care, and effective facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
\nOversee clinical and administrative functions across the facility
\nDevelop and implement facility management systems and policies
\nManage and coordinate all departments to maintain quality care standards
\nHandle financial management and budgeting for the facility
\nEnsure full compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations
\nLead the facility’s quality assurance initiatives
\nPromote and protect residents’ rights and choices
\nQualifications:
\nCurrent New York State LNHA certification required
\nMinimum 5 years’ experience as LNHA in a long-term care setting
\nStrong leadership and performance management skills
\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities
\nCommitment to confidentiality regarding resident and proprietary information
\nAbility to work collaboratively and professionally with staff and residents
