A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to work in Albany, NY.

Position Overview:
A well-established, mid-sized skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Albany, NY region is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee all clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality resident care, and effective facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee clinical and administrative functions across the facility

    Develop and implement facility management systems and policies

    \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Manage and coordinate all departments to maintain quality care standards

    Handle financial management and budgeting for the facility

  • \n
  • \n

    Ensure full compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations

    Lead the facility’s quality assurance initiatives

    Promote and protect residents’ rights and choices

Qualifications:

  • \n

    Current New York State LNHA certification required

    \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Minimum 5 years’ experience as LNHA in a long-term care setting

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong leadership and performance management skills

    \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Commitment to confidentiality regarding resident and proprietary information

    \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with staff and residents
