Licensed Real Estate Agent | Rural Luxury and Land Opportunities FAM Realty Group | Julian, CA and Nearby Communities Are you a licensed real estate professional with a passion for rural homes, acreage, and lifestyle properties? If so, this role was built for you. At FAM Realty Group, we partner with agents in Julian and the surrounding areas to expand their land and luxury listing business. You will have access to a steady stream of leads, a full support staff, and marketing designed to make you stand out in this unique segment of the market. Clients include move-up buyers, high equity sellers, investors, vacation home buyers, and those searching for space, privacy, and views. You bring the expertise and connections. We provide the structure, resources, and leverage. Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Present yourself in a professional manner About Company: FAM Realty Group is a top 1% real estate team serving all of Southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles.
