This role focuses on creating personalized, high-end travel experiences for clients seeking unforgettable getaways. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, thrives on delivering exceptional service, and has a strong understanding of premium destinations, resorts, and cruise lines.
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements.
Design and coordinate luxury travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
Provide expert recommendations for premium resorts, boutique hotels, and exclusive experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury destinations, travel trends, and industry standards.
Deliver exceptional client service before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage booking details, confirmations, and changes with accuracy and professionalism.
Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficient in using travel booking systems or eager to learn industry-standard platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests at once.
