Position Overview

On-site role supporting Boston Scientific’s mail and office services. Ideal for a dependable self-starter with mailroom and copier experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mail & Delivery: Sort daily USPS mail; deliver to designated mailstops; stock supplies at mailstops.
• Print/Copy Support: Stock paper at printers; perform basic copier care and first-level troubleshooting; escalate as needed.
• Shipping/Receiving: Prepare and ship outgoing mail/packages; follow basic shipping/receiving procedures.
• Vending Machines: Stock and troubleshoot two supply vending machines .
• Facilities Admin: Create/install nameplates for lockers/cubicles; support occasional light hospitality/building support as assigned.
• Maintain neat, safe, and organized work areas; provide professional, timely customer service (email/phone/in-person).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience (mailroom/office services/copy).
• Basic MS Office skills; comfortable with PCs, email, and office equipment.
• Working knowledge of copiers/printers; first-level troubleshooting preferred.
• Knowledge of basic shipping/receiving practices; basic electronics a plus.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Self-directed, reliable, and flexible; able to follow written instructions and standards.
• May require valid driver’s license and minimum insurance per policy.

Working Conditions

Professional office environment; normal lighting/temperature/noise. Mostly walking/standing with light stocking; occasional bending/reaching.
