Description

With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.

SUMMARY

This role will support mailroom operations and assist in the assembly and preparation of printed material for distribution. This is a full time, 1st shift position, Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. This role will also serve as a fill-in driver, as business needs dictates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

? Place/stack bundled mail on pallets
? Operate electric floor jack


? Feed strapping, plastic wrap, and bottom wrap machines
? Assist in staging mailroom equipment before production runs
? Load various feed stations, and occasionally hand feed
? Palletize products as they run off the machines
? When acting as fill in driver, this position will also handle delivery, loading, and unloading of bulk mail to and from USPS, as well as order and pick-up necessary postal supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Mechanical skills and computer knowledge preferred, but not required
? Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
? Must be 21 years of age or older
? Must be able to safely drive/operate large box delivery truck

? Familiarity with the Fargo-Moorhead area is very helpful
? Understanding of current mailing standards helpful but not initially required - on the job training will be provided, as needed

? Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that is insurable by the company

? Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company

Expected compensation for this role is between $17 and $19/hour based on qualifications and experience.
