Job Description

Our client, a large healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Manager on a remote basis.

Contract W2

Pay Range: $50.00 - $59.00 per hour DOE
Fully Remote

Duties:

• Partner closely with clinical vendor owners to understand requirements.
• Material routing to Creative, SMEs, Legal/Privacy, and Clinical, Version management.
• Support local market partners in creating and updating campaigns to support local clinical gap closure to meet business goals.
• Work closely with data and analytics team to deliver clear requirements for member data list pulls and track end to end member touchpoints.
• Manage campaigns using internal material management tools.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as creative, production, data analytics, and subject matter experts.
• Creation and management of materials and material review process. Working across the business to secure email dates and with the data team to ensure data is flowing correctly. Goal toward getting members to schedule appointments and closing their gaps in care.
• Continue to help support PY24 rewards member campaigns- yearly targeted rewards email and direct mail, RTOs, sales support materials, digital triggered email series, member site support, messaging platform updates
• Development, tracking and reporting of key plan benefit and program videos throughout the year
• Support Q1 and Q3 Member Week campaigns (paid social, landing page, emails, direct mail, sales toolkit items, RTOs, etc.)
• Support Walmart+ member campaigns and others

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally some experience with clinical or health insurance/Medicare, project management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
• A 'get what it takes to get the job done' attitude, a self-starter
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
  Experience working within Workfront or other project management tool preferred
• Direct Clinical Marketing experience (mammograms, in home testing programs, flu campaigns, etc.), experience marketing to audiences over 65
• Bachelor's Degree
