We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Consulting Master Electrician to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of electricians, planning and executing electrical projects, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and regulations. This role calls for an individual with a strong background in industrial and commercial electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert electrical consultation services to our clients, including problem-solving, system design, and project management.
2. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous learning.
3. Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest industry standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment, identifying any potential issues and implementing preventive maintenance measures.
5. Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
6. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure all electrical work aligns with the overall project goals.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Possess a valid Master Electrician license.
2. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Electrician in the industrial and commercial sectors.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
4. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.
5. Proven experience in planning and executing electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest industry standards.
6. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other construction professionals.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
