Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join as the Global Leader for our Materials Lead Teams and Digital Innovation. In this position, you will lead all aspects of and support our teams around the world in crafting and implementing innovative material strategies that are both efficient and sustainable. You will play a crucial role in promoting collaboration across our organization on a global level driving superior packaging.

To succeed in this role, you should have an approach focused on growth and an understanding of Hair care packaging materials (Rigid, Labels, Tubes etc.). Being able to learn & leverage AI/ML tools & improve it to generate insights & projects that can drive affordable packaging that is still superior & sustainable.

• Lead driving cost innovation across spend pools like Tube, Rigid & Labels
• Envision, Develop and implement comprehensive material strategies aligned with our business goals and destination vision.
• Develop deep understanding about the materials spend globally and business needs to develop, reapply and implement digital tools that enable material conceptualization and strategies
• Engage, influence and enable with peers materials continuous improvement plans cross region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, alignment.
• Drive initiatives to enhance benchmarking and supply chain optimization.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative approaches to achieve cost savings.
• Act as a subject matter expert on material-related issues, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
