Job Description
Upscale, medical esthetics and women's wellness practice seeking an experienced, upbeat, detail-oriented Medical Assistant with prior medical office, medi-spa and/or sales experience. Prior experience working in plastic surgery, Ob/Gyn, and/or Medi-Spa required. Must have phlebotomy experience. Must have excellent written, oral, and communication skills, be familiar with the basics of social media posting, and must have superior time management and problem-solving skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and outlook, as well as EMR systems. The candidate will be expected to manage at least one other MA and/or esthetician and keep track of inventory, supplies, medical samples, and other databases. Must be comfortable scheduling patients, filling refills, and have excellent customer service skills. The Lead MA will be expected to educate potential patients about the services we offer as well as sell products and services. Prior experience working with minimally invasive body sculpting treatments a plus.
