This position is responsible for maintaining specific activity within assigned accounts in a geographic area.What your day will look like:Ensure proper care of equipment, and Company/customer assets dailyRotate and replenish products in customer outlet including displays, racks, and all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipmentMaintain product integrity in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers, racks, and shelves to Company standardsOrganization and collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and pallets.Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they ariseWorks in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver for outlet to execute the picture of successEstablish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, as well as providing superior customer serviceAbility to work with all functional team membersSell and execute at customer relations, training and development while maintaining a professional rapport with store managementCommunicate opportunities to appropriate team membersWhat you need to succeed:Must have good work record (No final written warnings)Must have good attendanceDependable with a good attitudeMust have good safety recordMust have a neat and clean appearanceThe ability to receive and follow instructionsThe ability to work well with other employees and/or customersThe ability to communicate with other employees an/or customersMust meet the physical requirements of the positionIn the event of drivers, to have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)Must be able to pass Company driving test before and after trainingMust be able to pass the Company DOT physical and drug screen if applicableMust be able to drive assigned equipment with the required license for specific positionSales experience desired for Sales positionsKnowledge of general trade math demonstrated by the passing of a math skills test if applicable for sales positions.High School Diploma or GED for applicable jobs as listed on the job descriptionAbility to handle and exchange money accuratelyAbility to respond and resolve to any customer issuesAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organizationFrequent standing, walking, kneeling, and exposure to weatherPhysical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
