CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Create, update, and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, ensuring goals align with academic standards and student needs.
* Monitor and assess student progress to adjust instructional strategies.
* Modify and differentiate lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of students with diverse learning abilities, using various instructional strategies.
* Work closely with general education teachers to integrate special education students into mainstream classrooms and provide support in inclusive settings.
* Use effective behavioral management techniques to support students with emotional and behavioral challenges and promote a positive learning environment.
* Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure student success in meeting educational goals.
